My remote won’t work.

  • The following wireless audio products are provided with remote controls.
    • Cadence
    • Crescendo
    • Crescendo X
    • Motion Vision X
    • Verse
  • Replace the remote control’s batteries with matching batteries.
  • If new batteries do not fix the problem, you may have a faulty remote.
