My PC cannot see the wireless audio device to run ARC.

The information on this page pertains the following ARC compatible products

  • Bravado
  • Cadence
  • Forte
  • Unison
  • Verse

Try the following:

  • Make sure that your audio device has been successfully added to the network (using Wi-Fi or Ethernet) by playing an audio test from your primary Play-Fi source.
  • Download the latest version of ARC Genesis to your Mac or Windows PC or laptop.
  • If you cannot successfully connect to your wireless audio device and you have connected successfully before using your phone/tablet/PC, try restarting the device, the Play-Fi app, and ARC on your Mac or PC.
  • Make sure that your Mac or PC is connected to the same wireless network as the wireless audio device.
