Aged with wine
Bought these in 1996...they were quickly absorbed into the family entertainment center digitally with surround sound...kids went off to college enabling me to reclaim my entire sound room...replaced the screens in 2016 and updated my system front end with tubes...am now stereo only...had considered new speakers...so happy I opted to keep these...I now have what I dreamed about while in college...with resurgance in vinyl along with these, I am in a very good place...

Better Late Than Never
I purchased these speakers in January 2012 and have finally gotten them fully functional in March 2012. Dana Brown at Martin Logan was quite helpful in fixing the crossovers to work properly and giving excellent guidance on bringing these fine speakers back to their original specs. Now, they truly outperform the Eminent Technologies, Magnepans, Emerald Physics and dozens of other speakers I have owned. If I ever find another set of these locally, I will snatch them up in a heartbeat. The sound stage and fidelity is truly astounding. The bottom end does not require a subwoofer, although others may disagree. Subs are not a part of a true audiophile's 2-channel system.
