Troubleshooting ARC Mobile (Dynamo 600X, 800x, 1100X, & 1600X)

ARC Mobile not discovering subwoofer
  • Make sure sub's Setting Control is set to "App". The is necessary for the duration of the ARC process, even if you intend to use the "Local" setting.
  • Make sure nothing is connected to the sub's USB Input.
  • Make sure the Subwoofer Control App is not connected to the sub on your current device or any other devices (completely close the app so that it is not running, even in the background).
  • Unplug the subwoofer for 20 minutes and plug it back in. This will cause any connected devices to lose their connection.
  • Use ARC (for computer) to check for any available firmware updates and install if necessary.
