No output from the wireless audio device.

  • Check that the speaker is turned on and not in standby mode.
  • Check that the speaker is not muted.
  • Check that the speaker’s volume is not turned all the way down.
  • Check the speaker is set to the proper input.
  • Check that your source component is turned on and source material is playing.
  • Turn the wireless audio device off using the power button. Wait thirty seconds and turn the speaker back on.
  • Unplug the speaker, wait thirty seconds, plug it back in, and turn the speaker back on.
  • Check that all interconnecting cables are connected at both ends. If necessary, try connecting an alternate audio source component to make sure the original source component isn’t the problem.
